§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the online learning platform DJLearn (the “platform”), operated by the person named in the legal notice (the “provider”). By registering, you accept these Terms.
§ 2 Description of services
DJLearn is a free learning platform for aspiring DJs. The platform offers:
- —A structured learning path in 12 phases
- —Learning materials, skill checklists and exercises
- —An XP-based progress system
- —A personal profile with statistics
The provider reserves the right to change, extend or discontinue the range of functions at any time.
§ 3 Registration and account
Using the platform requires registration with a valid email address. You are obliged to keep your login details confidential and to inform the provider without delay of any misuse.
Only one account per person is permitted. There is no entitlement to registration. The provider may suspend or delete accounts without stating reasons, in particular in the event of breaches of these Terms.
§ 4 Obligations of use
You undertake to use the platform exclusively for personal learning purposes, and in particular not to:
- —copy, distribute or commercially exploit content without permission
- —circumvent technical protection measures
- —use automated access (bots, scrapers)
- —harm the platform or other users
§ 5 Copyright
All content on the platform (text, graphics, structures, code) is protected by copyright. Use is permitted exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other exploitation requires the express written consent of the provider.
§ 6 Disclaimer of liability
The platform is provided free of charge and without warranty. The provider accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the learning content.
Liability for damage arising from the use or unavailability of the platform is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
§ 7 Termination
You can delete your account at any time and without notice via your profile settings. On deletion, all your personal data and progress data are irrevocably removed.
§ 8 Changes to these Terms
The provider reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use after the changes take effect is deemed to constitute acceptance.
§ 9 Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the provider's registered seat.
