Pioneer DJ
DJ equipment brand of AlphaTheta Corporation.
Detailed explanation
Pioneer DJ is the brand that CDJ players, DJM mixers and other professional DJ equipment are sold under — in a great many clubs worldwide they are the standard fit. The company behind it has been called AlphaTheta Corporation since 1 January 2020 (previously Pioneer DJ Corporation); the Pioneer DJ brand survived the rename. New products now also appear directly under the AlphaTheta brand — the entry-level DDJ-FLX2 controller, for example. rekordbox is their own DJ software.

Evidence for: the renaming of Pioneer DJ Corporation to AlphaTheta Corporation as of 01.01.2020; the Pioneer DJ brand remained in place; new products now also appear under the AlphaTheta brand.
In practice
If there are players and a mixer in a club they very probably come from the same brand — which is why the name appears in almost every technical rider. As a beginner that does not mean you have to buy this equipment. It means you should have seen the operating logic once before you depend on it: where cue sits, where loop sits, how the music gets from the stick to the display.
